Pumpkin Spice Cake

Things I love about fall...

1. My football boys play!

2. The leaves change... Oka let's be real. In Logan our fallen leaves look more like this...

Covered in Snow!!!

3. The smell that fills your house after you make this cake!! It's wonderful. While it's baking, the pumpkin and cinnamon aroma is just perfect! It makes it hard to not wait for the cake to completely cool before frosting.

With fall as the season (even with the snow!) this pumpkin cake is perfect for a crisp day! It has a pumpkin spice taste with cream cheese frosting (have you caught onto my favorite frosting flavor? Hint Hint)

This cake is soo easy and makes enough to take to thanksgiving dinner!

This recipe fits perfectly into a normal cookie sheet. So it's basically a sheet cake!

Hint:
When making frosting, use a baking vanilla. Baking vanilla is white or clear unlike normal vanilla extract which has a brownish tint to it. It can be found at cooking stores or at hobby lobby. By using this vanilla, it keeps your frosting nice and white!

When you take the cake out of the over, take a butter knife and go around the edges. This keeps it from sticking when you go to serve it.

Grab a cup of milk! Trust me you'll need it (:
